I am happy to discuss individual concerns and questions in the initial consultation meeting.
Mediation
A bridge over troubled water
Where two or more people are involved and are seeking the support of a neutral party alongside them: I would suggest Mediation first.

-
Everything you say in mediation is confidential.
-
The needs of any children or vulnerable adults involved will be seriously considered during the process.
-
Mediators don’t give advice or take sides but they listen to the points of view of all parties.
-
They suggest practical steps to help you agree on the way forward and strive to create an atmosphere that is calm and conducive towards positive agreements.

At the end of mediation your mediator will give all parties a copy of what has been agreed. This is known as ‘a memorandum of understanding’.
