Hypnosis isn’t really as mysterious as it may seem. During each day most of us experience a very similar state in everyday living. Hypnosis can ease or resolve many problems: - Anxiety and stress, fears and phobias, physical health problems, motivation/memory, sleeping difficulties, pain control and habit breaking e.g. giving up smoking or changing unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

During a hypnotherapy session:

In the initial consultation, the hypnotherapist will help you to identify what you want to achieve.

They will ask you a bit more about the problem that has brought you to them, such as how long it has been troubling you and any negative effects.

They will check about medication and other treatments you may be currently undertaking

They will explain what you can expect from your hypnotherapy sessions.
